Your Velocity boiler, in the palm of your hand.
Boiler Connect is the commissioning, diagnostic and service tool for every Velocity Boiler Works condensing boiler. Plug in the Bluetooth adapter, open the app, and get to work.
What is Boiler Connect?
Boiler Connect consists of two components: a Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the boiler, and a mobile app for iOS and Android. Together they let you start up, adjust, troubleshoot and document a job right at the boiler, with no laptop or extra cables.
When your phone has a cellular or Wi-Fi signal, Boiler Connect also sends job data to a secure cloud portal and can stream live, so the Velocity team can see what you see and help you in real time.
How it works
- Connect. Plug the Boiler Connect Bluetooth Adapter into any Velocity modulating condensing boiler.
- Pair. Open the Boiler Connect app and pair with the adapter over Bluetooth.
- Work and share. Commission, diagnose and service the boiler from your phone. When you’re online, data syncs to a secure server so remote monitoring and support are available.
Everything you need on one screen
- Start Up Wizard: Step-by-step guidance for a fast, correct commissioning every time.
- Troubleshooting Wizard: Guided diagnostics to find problems sooner and cut down on callbacks.
- Service Wizard: A consistent routine for scheduled maintenance.
- Control Adjustments: View and change settings and install updates from your phone.
- Service Reports: Build a professional record of every visit.
- Site Photos: Save photos of the install alongside the job record.
- Data Logging: Record boiler performance data for review and analysis.
Support that goes wherever you go
If a job gets tricky, you don’t have to handle it alone. Boiler Connect streams live data to Velocity’s secure cloud, so our support team can monitor the boiler remotely and help you solve the problem while you’re still on site.
